Jo Carford – Full member of the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers, has three Labradors of her own, Porscha and Bonnie who were rescued some years ago, and Layla who she has had since puppyhood. She loves training her own dogs and enjoys agility with her youngest, Layla.
For the last two years, Jo has been running At Home Pet Services & Dog Training. She is a full member of the Pet Professional Guild and has also undergone a rigorous assessment by The IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Trainers) to become a full member.
The IMDT provide membership to dog trainers, with an emphasis on proven ethical and science based teaching methods. She actively promotes force free training and rejects any method or equipment that may cause physical or mental discomfort.
