We have just had a behaviour session with Jo on zoom, we were not sure if it would work. I have to say Jo was do very informative, it's really opened our eyes. We can't thank her enough so many things to help us with our fur baby. We look forward to our next session and hope we can report lots of positives

We have had two very successful online sessions with Jo which has literally been indispensable for us during lockdown. We rescued an extremely traumatised dog (Lola) from Spain and struggled to cope with her emerging behaviour.We haven’t used Zoom before but it was incredibly easy and Jo’s friendly and relaxed manner made it feel as if she was in the room with us. Jo was able to observe Lola and the interaction with family members and explained to us what was going on and how to manage her behaviour. Jo’s extensive knowledge of dogs is communicated in a way that is really easy to understand. Jo gave us very detailed strategies to follow and after our zoom sessions sent us comprehensive notes and references to relevant online resources.We are exceptionally pleased with how Lola has progressed under Jo’s guidance and the transformation has been remarkable. I would definitely recommend Jo’s online services as they have proved invaluable to us and very effective.
